Who We Are

Denise Martinez

Graduated from University of Texas – Austin with a degree in International Business. Denise then graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 1981. She possesses over 33 years of legal experience and in 1985 was recognized by the Bexar County Womens Bar Association as an Outstanding Young Lawyer. In 1986, Denise opened her own practice and has been growing the firm ever since. Meanwhile, Denise built this firm under the mind set that family came first and has always gone out of her way to set time aside for her two children, Marisa Rodriguez and Neftali Rodriguez III.

Neftali Rodriguez III

Neftali is employed as an Attorney with our office. He graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law and became a licensed attorney in May 2017. Prior to law school, Neftali graduated with a degree in Finance from Trinity University. Born in San Antonio and educated in San Antonio, he looks forward to serving the greater San Antonio area. Neftali will focus his practice primarily in family law, juvenile law and criminal defense.

Lino Medina

Lino was born and raised on the south part of San Antonio, Texas. He pursued a medical degree in nursing, but realized his calling was in the legal field. Attending the community colleges, Lino is working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with aspirations of becoming a District Judge. Lino has worked in the medical field for 8 years, specializing in the family and cardiology departments. During his transition to the legal field, he worked closely with personal injury clients. Attempting to expand his knowledge and experience, Lino joined our team. Lino has become knowledgeable and aware of the needs of clients and patients through his experience. He is a creative, knowledgeable and a confident professional who is an essential part of our team.

Marisa Rodriguez

Marisa was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) for her undergraduate degree. Marisa graduated with a degree in Journalism. While attending SMU, Marisa studied at the prestigious Oxford University in England. After completing her undergraduate degree, Marisa went on to study law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Upon completion, Marisa then sat for the New York State Bar Examination and is now currently licensed in both New York and Texas.
